Winter Snow Policy

What happens to private lessons and classes when it snows?

We will make a decision each morning during severe weather conditions as to whether it is safe for us, and our students, to get to and from the halls.

Should we deem it necessary to cancel classes/lessons on any given day we will contact all private lessons directly on the contact numbers you have provided us with. For classes we will announce any closure/cancellation on the news section of our website, and also via our Facebook and Twitter accounts.

If we deem the weather conditions to be acceptable then lessons and classes will still run. Should you choose not to attend a pre-booked lesson, we reserve the right to charge you for this if less than 48 hours notice is given.

In extreme circumstances please feel free to contact us and we will take each situation into consideration.
